Observation: Ice machine (Top Side) observed with substantial algae build up
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize ice machine. Ensure ice machine (Top side) is on the cleaning schedule

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quat solution in spray bottles tested too low at approx 150ppm. Main quat dispenser also observed to be dispensing quat at the same concentration.
Corrective Action(s): Mix quat by hand until the dispenser has been serviced. Quat mixed by hand at time of inspection to fill the spray bottles

Corrective Action(s): Remove latex gloves and replace with non latex due to allergy concerns.

Observation: Underside of shelving above food preparation surfaces observed with food splatter build up. This includes under the salamander unit, shelving above the hot holding unit, underside lid of the sandwich cooler.
Grease diffusers in exhaust canopy observed with grease build up.
Corrective Action(s): Clean underside of shelving daily

Observation: Final rinse pressure gauge observed to be not working
Several lights observed not working in front food preparation area
Faucet at the 2 compartment sink observed to be leaking
Paper towels available at kitchen hand sink but not in the dispenser as the dispenser is not working
Liquid soap dispenser available at the hand sink but is not wall mounted making it difficult to dispense soap.
One light fixture observed not working inside the main walk in cooler.
One fluorescent light cover observed to be damaged and is not sitting securely
Arborite surface in front food preparation area observed to be chipped.
Quat test strips have expired in 2020.
Bar hand sinks: Paper towels in place but not in a dispenser
Corrective Action(s): Repair/replace pressure gauge. Final rinse gauge should display approx. 20psi as per the manufacturers plate.
Replace burned out lights (Front food preparation area and walk in cooler).
Repalr/replace leaking faucet.
Repair/replace malfunctioning paper towel dispenser.
Wall mount the soap dispenser.
Replace damaged fluorescent light cover.
Replace arborite surface (Provide timeline upon follow up inspection as to when this will be completed).
Purchase new Quat test strips.
Provide upright dispensers for the paper towels at the bar hand sinks.

Observation: Floor tiles observed to be missing/damaged in front of the dishwasher as well in the front food preparation area
Corrective Action(s): Replace missing floor tiles. Provide a timeline upon my follow up inspection as to when the tiles will be replaced

No food being prepared at time of inspection as inspection was conducted prior to opening .
Dishwasher reaching 76c (At plate level). Soap dispensed into wash cycle.
*Monitoring logs missing dishwasher data. Record/document in your log that the dishwasher its proper final rinse temperature.
*Exhaust canopy decal shows exhaust canopy is overdue for cleaning.
Bar glasswasher tested at approx 100ppm chlorine in the final rinse
*No P traps observed on either bar hand sink. Ensure there are p traps lower down to prevent sewer gas odors.
