Observation: 3 live cockroaches were noted on the glue tray in the front dispensing area underneath the pop dispenser. 2 additional cockroaches were noted in the back kitchen. Pest control company technician provides service on a biweekly basis. Since there is an active cockroach problem, pest control company should be contracted on a weekly basis.

Follow up inspection conducted
No large amount of food was kept out at the time of inspection. Ensure to only keep a small portion, a two hour supply, of food out at room temperature.
Prep cooler behind the cook line has been repaired. Ambient air temperature in the lower section was at 3C.
Hand washing station in kitchen was not obstructed. Hand washing station must be unobstructed at all times and all food handlers must practice proper hand hygiene.
General cleaning kitchen has been done. In order to rectify the pest problem, thorough cleaning of the kitchen must be done daily.
