The new floor plan proposal.
Discussed with Contractor about the new additional hand wash station to be installed at the customer / serving area.
The floor plan will be approved after new / revise floor plan is received.
The following requirements relate to the construction and operation of the proposed premises and must be completed prior to being given approval to operate:
1. All walls, floors, ceilings and storage surfaces must be constructed with finishes that are smooth, impermeable, washable, properly sealed and light colored. All junctions between floor and walls must be covered to facilitate easy cleaning;
2. Install splashguards that are washable along the walls in all sink and food preparation areas;
3. Additional hand washing station will be installed at the customer service area. All hand washing stations must be equipped with single-use soap dispensers and hand drying devices (e.g. paper towel). These must be located adjacent to each hand washing station, permanently mounted (i.e. wall-mounted type) and properly maintained at all times;
