Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # TCHN-BYWMVW of Mar-05-2021 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Dishwasher chlorine residual measured to be ~10ppm. This concentration is insufficient to sanitize dishware. Correction: Please contact a technician to have unit calibrated immediately. In the meantime, dishwasher may be used to wash equipment and utensils, however, all equipment and utensils must then be sanitized by submerging in a 100ppm bleach solution for 30 seconds and left to air dry. 100ppm bleach solution can be made mixing - 1/2 tsp (2mL) unscented household bleach (5.25%) - 1 L water
