Temperatures:
2 door upright cooler: ~7°C at time of inspection
Monitor to ensure unit can hod temperatures of 4°C or less
5 compartment undercounter cooler: 3.2°C
Walk-in cooler: 0.8°C
Walk-in freezer: -16.7°C

1 door upright hot holding unit (MetroC5): 70.0°C

Sanitation:
Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels, and garbage receptacle.
Sanitizer solution measured 200ppm QUATS
High temperature dishwasher measured 76.0°C at dish level
2 compartment sink available. Drain plugs available
Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition. Ice scoop stored in a designated container

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.
Raw meats stored on bottom shelves in coolers.

General:
No pest activity observed at time of inspection.

Lighting tubes in fixtures without shields have been replaced with LED tubes.
Dining area now has QUATS sanitizer in spray bottle.
Caulking behind 2 compartment sink repaired.
Handwashing stations all operational. Please have garbage receptacles within easy access to each hand sink.
