Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooked potato product stored inside the under the counter cooler measured with an internal food product temperature of 9C. Staff stated the under the counter cooler is broken and the potato product was stored in this cooler for less than 1 hour.
Corrective Action(s): Transfer the cooked potato product into the walk-in cooler. DO NOT store any potentially hazardous food inside the aforementioned cooler until it is able to maintain an ambient air temperature of 4C or less.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Fruit flies observed inside the soda pop gun and the rubber holder.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the soda pop gun and the rubber holder. Staff poured hot water down the drain connected to the rubber holder.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back entrance door was open at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Back entrance door must kept closed at all time to prevent the entrance of pests. Staff closed the door.

Observation: Under the counter cooler located at the prep line measured with an ambient air temperature of 10C.
Corrective Action(s): Service / fix the aforementioned cooler to ensure an ambient air temperature of 4C or less is maintained. Correct by: Sept, 3, 2019.
