As discussed during the last inspection the backsplash area and exposed bare wood used to fasten the faucet at the 3 compartment sink to be adequately finished.

Routine inspection:

Preparation and offering of pizza proposal still pending. Operator has been provided information on the health approval process. At this time the preparation of pizza is not allowed.

Domestic cooler used to store samosas at or below 4 degrees C. Freezer section at -16 degrees C. Note: samosas are reheated upon request in the microwave. No hot holding at this time.
Beverage coolers at or below 4-6 degrees C. No cold potentially hazardous foods displayed.
Display cooler with milk, cheese, paneer, bacon, etc. at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezers at or below -18 degrees C.
Chemicals stored away from food products.
Shelves and aisles organized.
