Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection no bleach sanitizer solution available for use in the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure during operation a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution is available for use at all times. General sanitizer solution formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Limited hot/cold water supply to the hand sink by the low temperature dishwasher.
- Hot water tap broken at the back area hand sink.
- Front service area hand sink not provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Corrective Action(s):
- Hand washing can still be done at the hand sink by the low temperature dishwasher. Service the back area hand sink.
- Advised by staff that the entire hand basin will be replaced.
- Front area hand sink to be supplied with liquid soap and paper towels at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back door to premise left propped open using a milk crate.
Corrective Action(s): Keep the back door closed to prevent any potential pest entry. If you wish to leave the back door open install a secure screen door.

- Replace the broken hot water tap or replace the entire hand basin. Correct by September 21, 2021.

Freezers at -15 to -18 degrees C.
Hot holding at or above 60 degrees C.
Front area dessert cooler at 1 degrees C. Under the counter cooler at 4 degrees C.
Permit posted in plain view of the public.

Reminder to monitor and record temperatures of all coolers, freezers, hot holding, and final rinse concentration of chlorine for the dishwasher.
