- Handsinks are equipped with hot & cold running water, liquid soap & paper towels
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer bottles present
- All coolers in the kitchen & store front measured 4C or below
- Freezers measured <-18C
- High temp dishwasher reached 73C at the plate's surface
- General sanitation is good, however, ensure to keep all areas clean AND dry at the end of the day to control for flies
- Pest control received on a monthly basis
- No rodent droppings noted at the time of inpsection
- Staff hold valid Foodsafe level 1 certificates

NOTE:
- Ensure to store cloths intended for sanitizing food contact surfaces in sanitizer buckets to allow enough contact time with the sanitizer; rotate the cloth used for sanitizing milk wand frequently as discussed
- Store open bags of flour in pest proof containers at the end of the day
