Comments

-Follow-up inspection to April 3, 2019.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Did not observe any hand hygiene issues at the time of inspection.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary at the time of inspection.
-Foods in cardboard boxes are now lined with plastic liners. Box of plastic bags state "Not Recommended for Food Storage". Obtain plastic bags which are specifically intended for food contact.
-Did not observe any foods stored in opened cans at the time of inspection.
-Light shield has been replaced for light fixture in the kitchen.
-Prep cooler door seal has been replaced and was in good condition.
