Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash station outside of the washrooms/lockers area had glasses and cups. Glasses and cups appear to belong to staff. Soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water available.
Corrective Action(s): Keep hand wash stations clear of equipment and completed unobstructed.

Observation: Noted some mice droppings in production area, under and around pallets.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up all droppings and report activity to pest control technician. Locate and seal all entry points. Keep all doors closed or screened to prevent the entry of pests.

All foods stored on shelving units or on pallets off the ground
All composting material are collected in plastic bin outside and removed every 2 days
Premises has contract with Eco Lab for pest control services. Follow all recommendations made by pest control technician.
Ensure all lights in production area are contained (premises has high ceiling, some lights do not have obvious covers but may have sleeves that can not be clearly seen from floor level)
