-Foods are prepared in the main kitchen and brought up to the serving kitchen during meal time. Harrison has three serving kitchen.
-Refrigerator/freezers were at 2C to 4C/-18C to -19C.
-High temperature dishwashers (three) had final rinse of 73C to 78C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pails were at 200ppm and properly labelled.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
