304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Several mouse droppings observed as well as a mouse hole/entry in the western wall approx 10m south of the exit door at the back of the warehouse. The hole was located in the join between the two concrete wall slabs at floor level. Corrective Action(s): Clean up mouse droppings and seal up hole with a pest proof material to prevent further spread of pests. Due: 1 week. Violation Score: 3

Note: All smaller double door coolers have been removed and/or are no longer in use. Only main walk in cooler remains. Walk in freezer was not built but the reefer truck still on site to store frozen goods. Minimal dry storage of food products on site. General observations: √ Cooler ≤4°C, Freezer ≤ -18°C √ Food up off floor on pallets √ Hand wash stations in washrooms fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel √ General sanitation and maintenance is satisfactory No staff for Legends Haul available to sign for report at end of inspection.
