Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CFKSZY
Did not observe inappropriate dispenser used in bulk food container during the inspection.
Functioning thermometer located in the upright white freezer.

Outstanding violations from the last routine inspection:
The following areas still require sanitary attention. Please clean and sanitize the following areas -
Door gasket of the keg reach-in cooler.
Carbon and grease buildup on the deep fryer's back splash area and interior of the cabinet (left unit). Talk to your chemical supplier to see what cleaning and sanitizing chemicals are available to help remove buildup of carbon and grease.
Dried on food debris in the interior (vent and door gasket) of the 2-door reach-in cooler. Scrape and scrub the vents of buildup and debris. If the door gasket cannot be thoroughly clean, may want to consider replacing.
Heavy dust buildup noted on the ceiling vent. Look for alternative ways (under a safe manner) to cleaning the vent if no external company is willing to do this job. E.g. Investing in an extendable duster for weekly/ monthly maintenance.
Mildew buildup noted on the soft drink ice dispenser. May want to consider getting a new dispenser part if mildew is not coming off.
As per supervisor, they are currently awaiting for parts to fix the temperature gauges on the dishmachine. Please purchase a water proof thermometer which will allow staff to check the final rinse temperature of the dish machine if the gauges cannot be fixed by the next follow-up inspection. This will allow staff to determine if the high temperature dish machine is functioning to allow for proper sanitation (must be able to reach a minimum of 71C at the plate level) before use.

Please address the above outstanding violations. Non-compliance or if no improvements are noted during the next follow-u inspection, progressive enforcement actions will ensue (e.g. correction order/ ticketing).
