Ensure all dispensers are in good working order. -All temperature meet Health Requirement, new cooler and freezer on-site -Ensure temperature logs and dishwasher logs are available and follow-up inspection -Walk-in floor still requires repair -Light covers in place -Bleach on-site -Hot water at sinks.
