- Hand sink stocked w/soap + paper towels
- Coolers </=4C
- Freezers </=-18C
- Hot-holding units >/=60C
- Discussed manual warewashing procedures using a 2- compartment sink. Ensure all reusable dishware, utensils, equipment are washed-rinsed-and sanitized using the approved method discussed at time of inspection
- Permit conditions will include: 1) single-service utensils only (service)

* If you wish to increase seating capacity, facility upgrades will be required (ie 3-comp sink and/or commercial dishwasher)
- Health approval granted, based on the following conditions:
1) Update Food Safety plan to include a secondary cooking step for meats (on the cooktop)
2) Update sanitation plan to include manual warewashing procdures
3) Obtain Foodsafe Level 1 certification (owner/operator) within 30 days
4) Provide payment for operating permit in the sum of $137.50 (cheques payable to Fraser Health)
5) Provide all above-noted items to the health department within 30 days.
