Comments

Additional cooling wands purchased. Vegetables kept out were on ice. All food items in storage had lids. No fly traps observed in food prep areas. Cleaning behind equipment, food storage areas and in hard to reach areas has started. The BBQ kitchen has been added to the temperature records.
