Cooler #1 --> 3 C. Cooler #2 --> 3 C. Silver king cooler 2 C. Cashier cooler 3 C.
Freezer #1 --> -16 C. Freezer #2 --> -17 C. Fries (drawer type) freezer -5 C. Chest type patty freezer -20 C.
Hot holding unit: beef patty 74 C
Thermodyne hot holding unit: 68-81 C
Gravy 63 C. Onion rings 65 C.
High temperature dishwasher 85 C gauge, 73 C plate level.
Wiping rags stored in ~ 200 ppm QUATS bucket with time stamp. Changed every 2 hours and rags between shifts.
No signs of pest activity noted during inspection - reviewed last available PC report - July 2021. No August 2021 report available and Sept 2021 service hasn't been done yet
*Ensure a hard copy of PC reports are printed and available upon request next inspection in case a Manager or Supervisor doesn't have access to emailed reports.
