Corrective Action(s): Move cabbages and lemons away from raw meats, Designate one area in the walk-in cooler for raw meats. Do not store raw meats beside or above fresh / ready to eat food.

Observation: 1. Grease build up noted on the floor under the deep fryer.
2. untidy area noted under the preparation sink at the front sushi area.
