Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Less than 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was measured in the sanitizer spray bottle.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer is available in the spray bottle to sanitize prep. and food contact surfaces. Supervisor refilled 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer from the dispenser in the spray bottle during the inspection to sanitize prep. surfaces. Supervisor stated they change the sanitizer twice per day. QUATS test strips were available on-site.

Observation: Permit to operate was not posted in a conspicuous location. Assistant Manager was unable to find the Permit to Operator at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the Permit to Operate is posted in a conspicuous location where customers may view it; Correct as soon as possible within 2 months. Fraser Health health operating permit replacement form was provided in case you are unable to locate the Permit to Operate. If ordering a replacement permit, please complete and submit this form to Fraser Health and provide a $30.00 fee made payable to Fraser Health for replacing the Health Operating Permit (refer to the form for information).

Handsink near the prep. cooler and handsink in the staff washroom were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
3-compartment sink unit was supplied with hot and cold running water and it was equipped with drain plugs.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available from the dispenser at the 3-compartment sink.
No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.
Walk-in-cooler (2.3 degrees C) and pizza prep. coolers were at or below 4 degrees C.
Both upright beverage coolers were also measured at or below 4 degrees C.
Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
Temperature log of refrigeration temperatures was in place.
Probe thermometer was available.
Food storage areas were clean and organized.
Assistant Manager with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 training (expiration date: March 9, 2024) was present on shift.
Signature on this report is not required due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
