*Monitoring logs for dishwasher not being maintained as no log entries for 5 days.
*Dates on the dishwasher monitoring log are incorrect as they are out by a day
*Downstaires hot water tank is dated "2007" and has rust developing on the bottom portion of the tank. Tank may require replacing in near future
*The cleaning and maintenance of this facility is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Go over daily cleaning with all staff.
