A follow-up inspection completed: - Glasswasher had [I2] of 12.5ppm during the rinse cycle. The glasswasher can now be used, and dirty glasses no longer need to be washed in the main dishwasher. - The u/c, double door cooler was 4C. The cooling coil was replaced and it now maintains 4C or colder. Perishable items can be stored in the cooler now. - All violations have been corrected. Good job.
