Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle measured at 0 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip. Staff prepared fresh bleach sanitizer during inspection which measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare fresh bleach sanitizer solution at a concentration of 100 - 200 ppm chlorine concentration (as per approved sanitation plan) to adequately sanitize food contact surfaces throughout the day.

Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Produce display cooler at 2'C
- General sanitation is excellent during inspection
- Hand washing station in processing area and in staff washroom is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 2-compartment sink is supplied with hot and cold running water and drain plugs
- Labelled cutting boards available for processing fruits and vegetables. Cutting boards are observed sanitary and in good working condition
- Gloves available for food processing/handling staff
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Pest control company is contracted
- All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Samples are served to customers in small sample cups within 30 minutes
