Cooler has been temporarily repaired (gas fill), however leak remains. Current temperature measured at 3C. Follow up inspection in 2 weeks to verify repair has occurred Ice box was opened with screw driver as requested. Sanitation of upper compartment good Meat slicer again found with some food particles on hard to reach areas. A brush must be acquired so staff can adequately clean this machine Discussed reach in cooler challenges with head chef. Next routine inspection (when kitchen reopens for fall term) i expect a better air curtain system in place.
