-Follow-up inspection to December 4, 2018. -Both back doors now have door sweeps to prevent potential pest entry. -Facility was serviced on December 13, 2018 be professional pest control operator. Report states low pest activity. Pest control services facility monthly. Monitor for pest activity and contact pest control as needed. -Tomatoes were found to be in good condition. Staff are now inspecting produce when it arrives. Items which are found to be mouldy are rejected. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
