Observation: Mouse droppings observed in the following locations: Dishware storage left metal wire shelf (left of dishwasher) bottom shelf, Floor under 3 compartment sink, floor under 2 compartment sink, on floor end of cooking line beneath fire extinguisher, on floor adjacent to right oven on cooking line, on floor behind wheeled bulk dry foods, on floor underneath wheeled cart for blender and robot coupe, and in corner of janitorial station behind plastic buckets.

Walk-in cooler compressor fan covers have some dust build-up.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.
