- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71C at the plate's level during final rinse cycle.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.

Temperature control:
- All coolers at < or = 4C
- All freezers at < or = -18C
- Hot holding units not in use at the time of the inspection. Ensure temp maintains > 60C.
- Ensure to keep up to date with temperature log for all coolers/freezers/hot holding units. This will be verified during the next routine inspection.
