- A follow up inspection was performed for Routine inspection MKIM-CX4UZ8 and the following observations were made:
- Hand washing sink no longer leaking or obstructed
- Sushi bar cooler measured to be at 1C, Sushi bar cooler can be used.
- Prep cooler in kitchen measured to be at 2C
- Sanitizer spray bottle stocked with 200 ppm QUATs
- No sign of pests - ENSURE TO KEEP UP MONITORING.
- No improper thawing or cooling observed
- Food kept off floor level
- Temperature logs maintained
