Observation: A cup is being used to scoop ice and it was inside the machine
Corrective Action(s): Use proper ice scoop and keep it outside the ice machine or in a holder to prevent contamination of ice due to contact with ice scoop handle

Observation: 3 compartment sink is changed to a 2 compartment sink-no note on file re: health approval for this change
Corrective Action(s): - Spoke with the manager via phone- any changes to the facility lay out or equipment require health approval - send a copy of approval if health approval is granted for this change ..

Currently facility lacks proper manual dishwashing facility ( has only one hand washing sink, no food prep sink and only a 2 comp sink)- there must be at least a 3 compartment sink or a 2 comp sink and a commercial dishwasher

As a temporary solution ensure 4 steps of manual dishwashing is carried out : wash and rinse in one sink and soak in sanitizer for 2 minute in the second sink- air dry

Correction order will be issued.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted staff with hair down both side in front handling foods at time of visit.

**Hand sink stocked with paper towels and Liquid soap in dispenser,paper towel was in a shelf nearby- Install a paper towel dispenser
- All cooler( up and in storage room) temps </=4C
- Sanitizer spray bottle 200ppm quats
- Employee on-site, holds foodsafe level certificate
-General sanitation is satisfactory
** some dropping ( appear to be mice dropping) noted in storage room - might be old clean and monitor if for any rodent activity
