Overall sanitation is satisfactory Hand washing station stocked with liquid soap and re-usable cloth/napkins; operator had many new sets of cloth for replacement. Recommended operator to get paper towels Hot and cold running water available on site Coolers at 4 C or lower; freezer at -4 C but only non-potentially hazardous foods stored such as canned pop Chlorine glass washer in good working order; detected 50 ppm of residual chlorine after final rinse cycle Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition; scoop stored out of the ice bin on a clean surface No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection
