Observation: Food grade sanitizer not prepared at the time of inspection.
Correction: A dilute chlorine solution can be made using 1/2 teaspoon (2.5mL) of 5.25% unscented bleach to 1 liter of water. Solution can be made fresh daily, applied to a cleaned surface, and allowed to air dry.

Observation: Staff washroom noted with no liquid soap or single-use paper towels at the time of inspection. Adjacent staff washroom noted with no paper towel dispenser.
Correction: Operator to ensure all handwashing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels at all times during operational hours. Dispensers are to be properly affixed to walls.

Quaternary ammonium compound sanitizer available on site to sanitize food contact surfaces.

Washrooms equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels.
Paper towel dispenser in staff washroom affixed to the wall.

Shelving units along right side of facility noted with a moderate gap due to plumbing fixtures. Operator accesses behind shelving units to maintain sanitation. Staff are able to sweep underneath shelving units to prevent accumulation of debris. Noted area sanitation improved.

Perimeter areas underneath 2-compartment sink and areas under shelving in walk-in cooler sanitation improved.

OUTSTANDING: Operator to ensure area around and underneath bulk bins are cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours.
