Operator has serviced the front sandwich cooler (protein side) and the walk-in cooler. Walk-in cooler measured 1C and sandwich cooler measured 3C - good Meatball hot holding setting now at "4", measured 74C internal - good correction order rescinded. Operator is repairing the 2 door undercounter cooler but may not use it in the future. no objections to no longer using the 2 door undercounter cooler
