Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A cleaned mixing bowl from the previous night was found to have dried food debris.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is properly washed and sanitized after each use. Bowl was washed and sanitized at the time of inspection.

Observation: Rodent droppings were observed by the front chest freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Clean rodent droppings and sanitize affected areas. Monitor facility for pest activity and contact pest control as needed. Freezer area was cleaned and sanitized at the time of inspection.

Observation: A spray bottle of green solution was unlabelled. Operator stated the solution was Windex.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemicals are properly labelled to prevent accidental mixing and or misuse of chemicals. Relabel containers are needed.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 4C (top). Bottom has been turned off and was not used to store foods.
-Prep cooler by stove was at 4C. Top is not used for the storage of foods.
-Chest freezers were at -14C and -13C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach was at 100ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer pail was at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and covered.
-Washroom clean and sanitary.
-Operator FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until May 08, 2023.
