All foods remain to be covered in the cooler. Discussed cooling method again. Please relocate the bottles of vinegar off the kitchen floor. Bleach sanitizer properly mixed today (no detergent) and wiping clothes are soaked in. No rehydrated noodles kept at room temperature today. Rice spatulas stored in ice water bath. Jan 14 pest control report available onsite for review. -please seal gap identified at delivery door to prevent entry FSP with dumplings and meatballs received but corrections are needed. ->please revise the FSP and resubmit to me for review
