Observation: Back two doors observed with gaps that may allow entrance of pests.
Corrective Action(s): Operator indicated that they contacted a construction company to install a doorsweep. However, they were unable to come in during the weekend.
Ensure that door sweeps are installed such that the gaps are sufficiently sealed.

Observation: Two hot holding units observed not in working order. They were not storing any food items for hot holding. In turn, the other two of the four hot holding units were completely filled with packaged take-away foods.
Corrective Action(s): - Service hot holding units such that they can maintain internal temperatures of food items is at or above 60 degree C.
- Ensure that storage of take-away food items is equally distributed in working hot holding units such that the internal temperatures of food items is at or above 60 deg C

Observation: - Three handwashing stations in this facility, but only one handwashing station (near 3 compartment sink) is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. This does not satisfy the sanitation requirements for this facility.
Correction: Ensure that all three handwashing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.

Corrected: all three handwashing stations were fully equipped with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel

At the time of inspection, ceiling tiles were being installed. Preparation area was not in use for any food preparation. Operator to provide picture evidence via email to Health Inspector once work is complete.

Operator to provide updated food safety plan and sanitation plan today via email to Health Inspector. Email address provided to staff.

Hot potentially hazardous foods were stored at adequate temperatures. Delivery packaging process was observed at the time of inspection.

Hot holding procedures discussed with staff. Options provided to staff when storing food items in hot holding units. Operator to follow up with health inspector to ensure that hot holding units are functioning adequately.

Discussed keeping records of temperature logs for hot holding unit. Ensure that logs are available for review by the Health Inspector for the next routine inspection.
