Follow-up inspection conducted for report# KLAI-CWHS4L - Rice in hot hold units were holding over 60.0C. - Freezer was being defrosted at the time of inspection. - Floor along the cookline noted in a much more sanitary condition. As per operator, professional cleaning is done for the fume hood in the next two days. Outstanding violations that still need to be corrected: - Dust buildup still noted on the ceiling in the walk-in cooler. - Leaking still noted at the faucets from the two compartment sink.
