Owner not on site at time of inspection, but facility was open as different vendors were using kitchen area

-On site inspection conducted of commissary kitchen
- Walk in Cooler ≤4°C,
-Multiple Freezers ≤ -18°C
-Bleach surface sanitizers available, each vendor is responsible for their own station
-2 compartment sink present with bleach available
-Dishwasher achieved 74.9 deg C after rinse cycle
-All foods stored off floor
-General sanitation satisfactory
-No signs of pests at time of inspection
-All vendors must have rental agreement in place in order to use kitchen space
