Corrective Action(s): Operator cleaned and sanitized area and washed wooden pizza holder. Continue to maintain.

Walk in freezer is -19 degrees Celsius.
Spray bottle of sanitizer contained 200 PM Quat residual.
Liquid soap and paper towel available at handsink.
Soups and sauces are 60 degrees Celsius or hotter. Ensure that the ladles for these items are stored in the product to prevent growth of organisms rather than in an insert of water at room temperature. This was corrected during the inspection.
