Comments

- All hand washing stations were unobstructed and properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in all spray bottles and from dispensers
- Three-compartment sinks in bakery and deli were maintained in sanitary conditions. Sink plugs available for use.
- Pot washer reached above 82C during the rinse cycle.
- All coolers were maintaining temperatures of 4C or colder
- All freezers were maintaining temperatures of -18C or colder
- Hot holding case was measured to be at 60C
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- General sanitation satisfactory
- Pest control in place (Orkin), bi-monthly visits. No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
- Foodsafe certified staff on-site
- Temperature records well-kept.
