- Grease and dust accumulation on ceiling tiles at cook line area.
- Grease and food debris accumulation under cooking equipment.
Corrective Action(s): - Thoroughly clean the above mentioned areas and all other hard to reach areas.
*Store all items at least 6" (15 cm) off the ground to facilitate cleaning and pest control monitoring.
