Premises changing DBA to Ambit Cafe.

Renovation appears to be satisfactory with minor changes needed below. All other requirements from previous consultation has been completed.
1) Fill gaps underneath sandwich cooler so the flooring area can be properly cleaned.
2) Baseboard to be filled all the way to the floor by sandwich cooler.
3) Have some sort of flooring filled for office area.
4) Plywood to be sanded and laminated (behind counters in the front).
5) Clean and sanitize the entire premises so the surfaces are free of construction debris.
6) Obtain waterproof max/min thermometer with NSF logo.
7) Obtain coloring guide for Quat test strips.
8) Complete horizontal sneeze guard at the front display area.

No apparent signs at time of inspection, screen door removed but back door is only opened for deliveries
