- Under the counter freezer maintained at -18C.
- Tapioca pearls and milk tea time tracked and will be discarded every 4 hours.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- High temperature dishwasher reached 71.3C at plate level.
- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer available in buckets.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in spray bottle.
- Equipment maintained in sanitary conditions.
- General sanitation excellent.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
