Routine inspection conducted.
Operator has stated there was an amalgamation and church now has new person in charge and a Name change. Application for Health Approval provided to operator to provide updated information.

Temperatures:
Upright fridge/freezer (Samsung): 2.8°C / -15.8°C
2 door display cooler (Habco): -1°C
Chest freezer: -18.1°C

Sanitation:
Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels, and garbage receptacle.
Mechanical low temperature dishwasher measured 100ppm by end of inspection.
Bleach available for food contact surface sanitizer

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
No food storage outside of kitchen area.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

General:
FoodSAFE level 1 certificate on display

Recommendation: determine volume of 2 compartment sink so bleach sanitizer can be mixed properly in case of mechanical dishwasher failure
1/2 tsp unscented household bleach / 1L water
