Follow up inspection to report #F00245031:

-A drainboard is installed at the two compartment sink.
-A splash guard installed at the main handwashing station.
-Wire racks for food storage and chemicals installed. Ensure to adequately separate the chemicals from any food item.
-All major equipment are NSF or ETL certified.
-The operator implements own pest control management system. Victor Tincat Mouse Live traps installed.
-The sanitation plan has been updated with pest control management system.
-Working thermometer available inside all coolers.
Note: The operator has proposed NOT to sell pizza by the slice due to the lack of hot holding units. The operator must install hot holding units that monitor temperature > or = 60C and update the Food Safety Plan. Please call the health inspector prior to selling pizza slices.
