Routine inspection:

Warehouse for storage of grain products, some liquid malt, syrups, bulk chemicals, brewing supplies, etc.
All items stored off the floor and on pallets. Chemicals stored in separate area of warehouse.
Pest control services in place.
No potentially hazardous food stored.
Walk in cooler for hops at or below 4 degrees C.
Staff washrooms leading to warehouse and washroom in warehouse hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is excellent. Flooring and lighting adequate.

New toting platform installed where bags are punctured and contents poured into large metal totes. Totes arrive pre-cleaned from clients. Cleanliness is verified by onsite staff. Vacuum system in place to control dust. Reminder to clean and sanitize the funnel on a regular basis using an approved food contact surface sanitizer.
