Paper towel dispenser located by entry way to back area is jammed. Although paper towels are available at hand washing station, the dispenser is not working.

Routine Inspection:
- All hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All temperatures met health requirements:
Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
Freezers maintained at or below -18 degrees Celsius (0 degrees Fahrenheit).
Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit).
- General food storage practices satisfactory:
All food items covered and protected from contamination.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Raw meats stored away from ready-to-eat foods.
- QUAT sanitizer in spray bottles = 200 ppm.
- QUAT sanitizer at 3-compartment sink for manual dishwashing = 200 ppm.
- Test strips available for checking sanitizer residual concentration.
- High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with >71 degrees Celsius at dish level.
