Observation: Reusable towels used as liner for drinking cups with mouth piece side in direct contact with the towel at 3rd floor servery. Resuable towels is made from porous material and can not be cleaned and sanitized properly.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the towel with food-grade liner made from non-porous, smooth and easily cleanable material. Correct by: today.

Comments

Routine inspection:
- Inspected the serveries on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor.
- Serveries used for around 30 minutes during each food service.
- All refrigerator cooler section at 4C, freezer section at -18C.
- Quats sanitizer dispensed from the main kitchen and brought to the serveries during food service.
- High temperature dishwasher on the 3rd floor registered 77C at the plate level.
- Steam tables were not in use at the time of inspection.
- Temperature logs maintained and available for review.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Food products stored organized inside cabinet.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
