Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two inserts of soups on the steam hot holding unit measured with an internal temperature of 54C. At least 60C is required to safely hot hold foods.
Corrective Action(s): Staff reheated the aforementioned soups to 74C and transfer them back to the hot holding unit

- 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
