Routine Inspection: - Facility not in operation at the time of inspection. - Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. Reminder to refill liquid soap and paper towel dispensers as they are running low. - No food stocked in cold holding units. - Two domestic refrigerator/freezer stand-up units available: Coolers maintained below 4 degrees Celsius. Freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius. - Thermometers available in coolers. - Chest freezer turned off at the time of inspection. Ensure temperature is maintained at or below -18 degrees Celsius when freezer is turned on. - Concentration of bleach sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm. - High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 71 degrees Celsius at dish level after the final rinse cycle. - Overall cleanliness, organization and maintenance very good. - No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
