HAZARD RATING FOR YOUR FACILITY: Low (≤15) Total Score = 0
Critical Hazards: Total Number: 1
302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized.
Observation: 3 sanitizer pails were tested to have 50ppm QUATS at the front area.
Correction: refill the sanitizer pails. Ensure sanitizer pails are refilled frequently to maintain 200ppm QUATS. Operator corrected the violation at the time of inspection.
Rationale: inadequate sanitizer levels cannot sanitize food contact surfaces/equipment adequately to minimize pathogen growth, which can then cross-contaminate food and cause a food borne illness.
Corrective Action(s):

Non-Critical Hazards: There are no non-critical hazards.
Follow Up to "Critical" Violations Noted on Previous Inspections (if applicable): No corrections entered
